Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the Trick or Shop online store and to any purchase you make here. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products. We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colors, sizes and finishes can vary slightly from photos, and sizes are approximate. Costumes follow Asian sizing, so please check the size chart on each product page.

Prices and payment. Prices are shown in your local currency and may change without notice. Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted. We may cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable or a price was displayed in error; in that case you'll receive a full refund.

Discount codes. Promotional codes, including prizes from the Wheel of Doom, can be used once per customer, can't be exchanged for cash and expire on November 1, 2026.

Shipping and returns. Delivery times and return conditions are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Safety. Props such as fake knives and weapons are costume accessories only and must not be used to frighten or endanger people in public. Decorations with batteries or lights must be used according to their instructions. Small parts are not suitable for children under 3.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
